Over the course of a week, you and I play and work together. Every interaction is intuitive. We follow the energy. The week is designed specifically for you yet there is no intense agenda. This is about letting go of expectations which limit.
This week is an opening for emergence.
It’s about making the space for your creativity, wisdom, and longing to emerge.
Your immersive experience is a portal to a new way of being in the world, into the next chapter.
There isn’t a long laundry list of things to do. This is a bespoke experience that includes – time for reflection, focus sessions, one activity, one healing session and photography that captures the essence of your transformation.
Time with me, time alone, time to heal and time to capture the moment.
Activities
In the past, here are some things that have formed part of other guests’ experiences: kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, working with horses, hiking, spa day, healing therapies (acupuncture, sound bowls, nutrition consults, aromatherapy, massage, yoga, pilates), journal writing, day trips, market days, art galleries, wineries, spontaneous road trips or events! You’ll enjoy exploring the beautiful Algarve.
Pre and Post Conversations
Every client schedules an intention session in advance and a 30 min follow-up session within 30 days of returning home. (There is an option is to book three sessions in advance and/or after.)
Renewal Experiences
Every guest may return for a Renewal Experience within one year at a 10% discounted price. Renew your commitment to the transformation in your life and keep up with changes and shifts in your journey.
